Plan B.
Make a 3.5" x 2.5" inspection cover in lead edge of port wing. We double sticky taped on wing G-10 template, and cut out perfect cover with X-Acto knife, (www.mcmaster.com page 2278 style B). Also cut out G-10 that will be Reduxed inside wing to put back strength of cutting through 2 layers of Uni. Leaving 2" Redux contact area. Allowing 1/2" flange for cover.
