Popped right off. It probably would not have worked without four screws. Bottom line is there was more surface area to scuffed tape on outside than there was Aeropoxy/Q-Cel to shiny tape on inside. Needed to pull straight out, side loading will point load and bond would fail. Ouch, head wound from sharp outrigger nylon receptacle.
