Cranked up the Monarch EE lathe to bore terminals, bore phospher bronze star washers and make copper washers. Note the supplied with battery probably oversized 1/4" stainless washers (that are really big for 6MM), and the not even close to flat brass washer as supplied with Flaming River battery switch. All bored termianls have at least .056" wall thickenss. Ace hardware terminals have .050" wall thickness. We will be both crimping and soldering terminals to copper clad aluminium wire.
