Battery tray contact area filled and set in place onto packaging tape. Once cured will trim off excess Expancel/Aeropoxy, scuff sand fuse and layup 3 BID for semi permanent installiation. Not too permanent though, cut 3 BID and can fairly easily break balsa/Expancel standoff (at least 1/2" contact area) if battery tray ever needs to be removed.
