Found a product that in minutes you can lay a 1/10,000" pure silver palting on copper, brass, bronze or copper alloys. It is non toxic, just rub on with a slight damp cloth and is water clean up. Hard to see here but copper strip on bottom is silver plated with a copper penny on top, on top strip of copper is pure copper with a silver plated penny on top. Amazing. Can silver plate right in situation! It increases solderability as well. This I-Phone pic. had a hard time with shiny, but there is no copper showing through. Silver will react with sulfides in the air and create silver sulfide (tarnish), but silver sulfide is still conductive (not as conductive as pure silver, nonetheless conductive) where when pure copper corrodes, the corrosion is not conductive.
