Ok, if you're doing this mod, pay particular attention to this photo. If you (or the builder before you in my case) has already cut the rudder in anticipation of doing the standard rudder horn, then the next step in Graham's mod is to install a bracket in the leading edge of the rudder. It says to put it in X inches from the base of the rudder, and I measured from the cropped bottom, not the orgininal bottom. Therefore my bracket was about 3" too high up on the rudder.
