Now in it's proper place! Trimmed top and bottom of containment bracket to clear fuselage top. . Bolted in place. Drilled and bolted new safety plates. Tail movement checked out just great. After test fitting the top fuselage I realized that the elevator did not have full range of motion. The balance arm would hit the fuselage top before achieving a minimum of 4 degrees down. After many attempts adjusting the arm I concluded the containment bracket was about an inch and a half too far forward.
