Was able to make a tiny bit of progress today. Picked up a package from FedEx. It was the new 75 Amp ammeter and shunt I ordered from Gulf Coast Avionics. Plans are for a 40 Amp 2nd alternator to supplement the ROTAX standard 18 Amp alternator. That's a potential total of 58 Amps so the existing 45 Amp ammeter was too small. First, removed the 45 Amp shunt. This shows the two shunts. Received a 35 Amp circuit breaker I had on order. I was able to install it to split the current load between two circuits. Brought a 2nd #10 wire off the input and ran it to the new 35 Amp C/B. Removed the existing wire from the original 35 Amp C/B to the Avionics bus. Last week I commented on the massive current needed to supply the panel. That sounded like just too darn much for what I had so I went back to my spreadsheet and found an error.
