Mounted a Dremmel rotary cutting tool in the drill press and tackled the hole.  Worked very well.  Better than the cutoff wheel.  Permagrit file to adjust the fit.  Carbon paper, drill and needle file to drill and adjust the screw holes.  Looks good!]]></description>

Permagrit file to adjust the hole.  Worked well enough.  Used carbon paper to mark the location for the screw holes.  Drilled out the holes.  With a bit of needle file work, managed a decent fit.]]></description>
