Went after the second hole and the Sears tool died. Mounted a Dremmel rotary cutting tool in the drill press and tackled the hole. Worked very well. Better than the cutoff wheel. Permagrit file to adjust the fit. Carbon paper, drill and needle file to drill and adjust the screw holes. Looks good!
