After the application of considerable elbow grease to a small rat-tail file, we came up with a pretty decent, elongated hole for the passage of steering cable. Now, if I only had about 6" (2 meters) of 3/16" 7x7 SS cable, we could proceed. Time to break for the day anyway. Cable is now on order from ACS. Maybe some time to work on the other side tomorrow. Surely there will be plenty of work time on Sunday.
