Some warp out but voids rear themselves.

After heating and holding flat a few times, perhaps got rid of 3/8" of warp. Was very careful heating, but all these blisters began to appear?? Ends up there are voids under every blister. When gelcoat is cut out void is clearly seen along with shiny resin. I am suspect of all gray parts (doors, cowl and instrument module). Will heat and cut out voids. What a pain! Better find them now than after final paint. After module mounting is complete, will go on a void seeking mission and get going on module filling and sanding.
This thin edge of module also had some waviness before heating, but more since unwarping. Will flox on a form fitting 1/8" piece of plywood and 2 BID over the ply to hold its shape nice and flat.
