Door sill conduit run 3.

Here's port side conduit. We fooled and figured that conduit aluminum skeleton ribs needed to be 1.50" x 60 degrees with height of 60 degree tip of .375".
We strategically taped 5 skeleton ribs in place. Then we put two layers of tape on the back of both the top and bottom pieces of 1/8" Balsa (green masking tape sticks very nice), cut four strategic slots with a fine tooth hacksaw on both top and bottom piece leaving about .025" remaining, then sanded bottom piece to fit, then broke the last .025" remaining portion of hinge and filled break with JB KWIK Weld and held in place till cure.
Then we taped bottom piece of Balsa in place and sanded to fit flush using rib as guide.
Then sanded top piece to fit leaving a little overhanging the bottom piece, broke Balsa hinge and JB KWIK Welded hinge and top Balsa to bottom Balsa.
Whew!
