Token counterbore.

After the tang had a token counterbore for registration, drilled in the drill press 3/16" holes through tang and top hinge, spacer between hinges and lower hinge. Then clamped door in place and from the top drilled through spacer that was bonded to fuse and through the fuse using the 3/16" holes through everything as a guide. Perfect. Then took off door and counterbored tang to allow countersunk top hinge mounting nuts.
Bolt is only for temporary alignment.
