Starboard front cover installed.
We peel plied the edges.
Because a little more glass was removed than I would have liked in some areas when preparing the door surface, (Dremil with flap wheel), we will fill edge with Flox and 1 BID over.
When laying up the cover, we used Carbon Fiber near the handle. The cover was peel plied during the cover layup.
