Tiny aberration in gelcoat turns huge.

There was a tiny aberration in gelcoat on port door, after digging a bit it turned into a dime sized hole. Laid up 2 model aeroplane cloth and peel plied, when cure was complete filled with applesauce flox and gave it 2 more thin model aeroplane cloth. after removing gelcoat you can see big void of missing Redux. Used a X-Acto fine saw to clean out and filled with Redux injected in a hole.
