Tie-bar 10.

Tie-bar bolted in position, two Perma-Grit files, (taped with 3m 375 packaging tape), inserted and sprung apart with mixing sticks.
After we got things looking like we wanted them, Alan put some JB KWIK on the mixing sticks to hold them in place.
We got a nice squeeze out of Q-Cel from all around.
