Front Starboard fuse stiffening for lift socket 1.

This is the jig we used to sand down foam to 5/16" thickness for reinforcement of inside front of fuse.
We removed the stiff plastic coating on other side of foam as well to make for a good bonding surface. The tape acts as guide to indicate when you have sanded enough. We are using 80 grit sandpaper.
We used double face tape to keep the foam from sliding in jig and compressing around thinned area by the holes.
I made some "wooden nickles" with holes to plug up area around bolts and washers.
