Here you see a dab of JB KWIK weld applied.
Top wing skin had 3M 375 packaging tape applied so the JB wouldn't stick.
JB was trimmed down to perhaps 1/4" x 1/4" square and a 1/8" registration hole drilled for a cleco in the center.
