Inboard of worst area is dug out where needed.
Green tape depicts where structural glass reinforcement is needed because glass that was removed was never laminated to lower layers.
Thus far plan is:
**Repair worst areas with a total of 3 plies of 3" wide thin model aeroplane cloth (3.2 oz) scuff sanded down to glass.
**Fill any voids on rest of lead edge with flox, then lay up 1 ply of thin model aeroplane cloth (hope to stabalize to prevent future cracking in gel coat) only scuff gelcoat.
**When above layup gets thick and tacky, will fill with Aeropoxy light filler wet on wet.
**Will use my Vitrex 1030 autobody profile tool and try and reproduce factory shaped lead edge using yet untouched port wing as a guide.
