Managed to fill all fin holes and entire fuse seam.
Fin holes got a poking out of a little foam, then 120 degree countersunk, wet out and 75% filled with flox, after mix began to gel, filled the rest of way with Q-Cel.
Fuse seam got Q-Cel, (wanted slight bit more strength than Expancel for first pass).
Reasonable amount of sanding to prepare surface.
