Fin rib mutilation 1.

Top rib needed "thumb" cut off as it was a bit too long and too wide in this area. You can't see, but flange is filed narrower about 1" forward of where you see cut. This left a 1" flap of flange that is not connected at base, but 3 BID will fix that in a hurry.
For all practical purposes, there is no fin bulge now caused by this rib.
