Quest for an aft Port headrest bypass/aft ground buss for copper clad aluminium #4 negative wire from aft Odyssey PC545. Turned some copper alloy 145 (machines reasonable and is very conductive) .035" wall for bypass and .050" for crimp on wire, idea was to crush bypass flat. Miserable failure, hardness was H04.
