"Napkin think" ideas being made into reality. Here we have our Odyssey PC545 with permanent viabration white foam installed on the bottom. We purchased this white foam from the aviation isle at Home Depot, no adhesive on back and 3 foot long ~ 1.5" wide is almost $7 ! It is for air conditioning sealing. It has a gloss, if gluing with Welwood contact cement best use 3M 375 packaging tape applied and you can peel it off and it will rip off gloss for much better bonding. The red foam is lay up guide and the .032" G10 will be side hold down (permanent) and laid up upon.
