Tools look very similar.
One on left has spring going in first and pin holder second that yields an adjustable stop. Works well.
Steinair tool on right has pin holder going in first and spring second. This yields no adjustment for stop depth and it is set too deep for D-sub machined pins as sold by Steinair.
