DSCF0017

This is the first upload of photos since using this new album. Since I can't make hide nor hair of how to view, edit, comment, order, reorder, etc. and whether it even matters, I'm just going to throw the photos all in an album, place a long edit on one of the photos and you can figure out the rest.

So, basically, in the next 8 or so photos, I was trying to come up with a way to put the plane on its own feet but create a simple way to keep it upright. I bought a couple of trailer jacks from Harbor Freight and was going to rig them up to a 2X8 dummy spar; fiddled around with that then finally returned them to HF after waking up from a dead sleep one night with the idea of cutting down the current dolly so that it would work. Got out the old reciprocating saw (also from HF) and some new blades and had at it. In about an hour I had a new cradle that has the mono and tail wheels down solid, but I can still work the main retract if I want.
