04 The Leak

Once the top was off the tank the presence of the leak was obvious. You could also see that the leak initially was slow enough that the fuel evaporated before enough could accumulate to leak out of the lower inspection opening. The bounce of the tank full of fuel finally opened the leak to the point where fuel volume was enough to leak out of the aircraft.
