On to the audio panel wiring gremlins. The outside columns indicate whether or not there's a pin a particular hole in either J1 or J2. A number indicates a pin in that hole. An X means no pin. The M colums indicate to which pin of the plug that J number goes to. The F column shows which female plug socket connects to the actual jack for that signal. The numbers for M & F should match.
