The rest of the morning and early afternoon were spent applying a lot of abrasives to the wood inserts in the hinge rebates to get them down the necessary 2 mm. Finally have all four hinges about level with the fuselage.

I am still not happy with the fit of the starboard door. I may go ahead and see if I can plug the bolt holes with some hardwood dowel and then try to re-position it properly. I have to think about that overnight.
