Spent the morning running errands. Afternoon on the Eruopa.

Working like a contortionist, I was able to drill the holes through the gusset plates and gussets. Inserted a bolt in each hole to hold things in place while the remaining holes were drilled. Believe it or not, almost three hours to drill the six holes.
Port side fixtures with the holes drilled and the bolts in place.
