1/2" ball end-mill on order (McMaster) to to mill a pocket in the brake master cylinder directly above the mounting holes

Front threaded rod cut down to .450 (I aim for minimum of 9.5 threads of engagement on any 5/16-24 joint)

Rod end clevis fork ground down to 1.975" (again minimum 9.5 threads of engagement)

Length of coupler is ~ .855" cut down from 1". 9.5 times two is 19, so this allows minimum of 19 threads of engagement

Temporary mount using 1 flat head 1/4-28
