Clevis Fork dimensions after material removal

Dimensions after material removal

Overall length: 1.985"
Threaded portion: .450"

This allows for 9.5 threads of engagement.

The real reason for removing material from the clevis fork is the cable I ordered was the wrong length (a little short) and I needed to taint all things in my favor to get things to work out.
"Things" are trimming the front portion of the threaded cable down to 9.5 threads remaining, and only allowing 9.5 threads times two for the length of the coupler. This is in addition to trimming the clevis fork down to 9.5 threads of engagement and when I make a new FL21, will make sure the clevis fork is as far forward as I can get it. Also I am using the supplied by Europa jam nuts from the push-rod for the front clevis fork and the aft Heims fitting as they are thinner than the supplied with Series 6 cable nuts.
