Tie-bar 8.

I built up the OD of the tie-bar with Duct tape to simulate 2 BID under the tie-bar, 1 wrap of Redux / BID and allowance for Redux / Flox.
Then stapled in place a piece of Peel ply.
I think I built up the OD by .060".
