The reinforcing place is bonded to the underside of the floor with Araldite. Tommy helped by holding the plate in place while I ran the bolts from above. Then we bonded the reinforcing ring in place with Araldite and temporary screws/whashers. Left it all to cure. Meanwhile codgetated over the rudder cable isses.
