Arrived Sulfur Springs. Very nice airport. Well designed and maintained administration building. Pleasant staff.

Nice interior for resting. They also have a well equipped computer area where you can get weather, file flight plans, etc.

The home of American Legend Aircraft is on the airport. I stopped in for a visit.

They manufacture the Legend Cub line of aircraft. Modern renditions of the PA-18 Super Cub. You can buy a fully certified version ready to fly away or you can buy a kit and make one your self. They also have an approved builder assistance program which

Went back to the administration building, had a Diet Coke and visited the head (loo, WC) before starting back to Denton. No pictures on the return flight. The haze cut the visibility down to around 10 miles. Just too gunky for pictures.
