So I did a wire trace back through the wiring harness. What a mess. Had to undo many of the cable ties that hold the wire bundles to trace the wire. After tearing apart most of the wiring, I eventually found out where it goes. Buried inside the wire bundle that goes to the flight instruments was a lose wire. This was the other end of the wire from the TRIM C/B. I did a continuity check to confirm it and it showed continuity. I labeled the wire as TRIM +12V and left it exposed. I should be able to use this to provide power for the trim system through the new box. I'll have to add an emergency off switch in case of a runaway trim and see if I can run another ground wire to this as well.
