Wing 4.

We put 3M 375 packaging tape on top skin where we will be laying up new 3 BID flange. JB KWIKed in place some mixing sticks to hold top skin in proper position.
Used 3M 375 packaging tape and clamps to hold rest of skin in place.
Now wing skin is slightly below wingtip, far cry from when it was proud!
